SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Must be self-motivated Possess strong analytical and mathematical skills Ability to work effectively with operators, mechanics and managers Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills are required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one (1) year experience in a laboratory setting Associates degree or equivalent work experience required; Chemistry background preferred Prior experience working with Oils/Greases highly desirable TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: This position requires formal training and past experience outlined above, bringing a knowledge base to the company. Additionally, continued training for this position occurs through: Through day to day instruction with QC Lab Manager General Safety training annually Various quality training and Hazardous material handling as required
